Help build a digitally confident community across Glastonbury.
Our project is run by local community members for local community members. Whether you have an hour a week to share tech skills, want to support our events, or represent a local organization, we would love to collaborate with you.
Volunteer Opportunities
You don't need to be a computer scientist to volunteer with us! The most important skills are patience, good listening, and a friendly attitude. We offer full support and flexible time commitments.
Digital Champions
Attend our weekly Digital Cafes to chat with visitors and help them work through everyday questions on their smartphones, tablets, or laptops.
Time: 1–2 hours per week (Mondays or Wednesdays)
Workshop Assistants
Support our focused group sessions and special events like Get Online Week by helping participants follow along with hands-on exercises.
Time: Event-based / As needed
Community Outreach & Hosting
Help welcome visitors at the door, put the kettle on, manage sign-ins, and make sure everyone feels relaxed and comfortable.
Time: Flexible session shifts

Partnerships & Community Support
Local Community Partnerships
We work closely with local venues, charities, libraries, and health centers to bring digital support directly to residents across Glastonbury. If your organization would like to host a digital cafe or workshop, please get in touch.
Tech Recycling & Refurbishment
We are actively developing pathways for local device recycling and refurbishing unused tablets or laptops for community reuse. Stay tuned for donation drive announcements!
